No MoreVanity Metrics.Just The Truth.

Transparent marketing strategy and reporting tied to pipeline, not impressions. Every recommendation is backed by data. Every report is written in plain language. No black boxes.

01

// Plain Language

We write reports in English, not marketing jargon. If we cannot explain a number in one sentence, we do not put it in the report.

02

// Revenue Tied

Every KPI in our framework traces back to pipeline or closed revenue. Clicks and impressions are context, not outcomes.

03

// Full Access

You own your dashboards, your data, and your insights. We build everything in tools you can log into directly — no gatekeeping.

// How We Run Strategy & Reporting
01
Channel Audit
We start by auditing every active channel and spend item — mapping what is generating pipeline and what is burning budget. Most businesses are shocked by what they find.
02
KPI Framework Design
We design a KPI framework tied to your business model: CPL targets by channel, ROAS floors, CPA benchmarks, and pipeline velocity goals. Everything measurable.
03
Attribution Architecture
We implement UTM tagging frameworks, connect ad platforms to GA4, and pipe conversion data into your CRM so the full journey from click to close is visible.
04
Dashboard Build
We build your reporting dashboard in Looker Studio — connected to live data sources, designed for clarity, and accessible to you at all times without our help.
05
Weekly Review Cadence
Weekly performance snapshots. Monthly strategy sessions. Quarterly forecasts. We surface the signal, suppress the noise, and make clear decisions together.

// Client Outcomes

Clarity changes decisions.

When you know exactly what is working, you stop guessing and start compounding.

"Our previous agency sent us a 60-slide deck every month that I never fully understood. Orion Corps sends a one-pager with three decisions. I know exactly what is happening."

Michael T.
CEO, B2B SaaS

"The channel audit revealed we had been overspending on display ads that were generating zero pipeline for 18 months. We reallocated that budget and grew 40% in a quarter."

Laura S.
CMO, Professional Services

"The Looker Studio dashboard they built is the single source of truth for our whole marketing team. No more spreadsheets, no more conflicting numbers."

David K.
Head of Marketing

"Connecting our Google Ads to our HubSpot pipeline changed everything. We can finally see exactly which campaigns are generating deals worth closing."

Fiona M.
Revenue Operations Lead

Truth. Always.

Bad news delivered early is a gift. We do not hide it.

We will tell you when a campaign is underperforming, when a channel should be cut, and when your budget is better deployed elsewhere — even if that means less work for us. The only way to earn a long-term client relationship is to be the most honest voice in the room.

What You Own
  • [01]Your Looker Studio dashboard — live access, always.
  • [02]All historical reports and strategy documents.
  • [03]Your GA4, GTM, and ad platform accounts with admin access.

// FAQ

The only metrics that matter are the ones connected to revenue. At a minimum: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and pipeline generated. Clicks, impressions, and reach are context metrics — they help explain what happened but they are not business outcomes. If your agency's reports are full of the latter and light on the former, that is a red flag.
