RJ Fabricators operates in heavy industrial manufacturing — steel, aluminium, and custom fabrication. They had zero online presence and were losing contracts to competitors who simply showed up on Google Maps. We built the entire digital infrastructure from scratch: brand identity rooted in precision engineering, a custom headless website, and a multi-platform local dominance strategy.

Fabricstree sells fabric online to a primarily WhatsApp-native audience. We migrated them off a generic Shopify template to a custom headless CMS with 99+ PageSpeed — while building an omnichannel sales pipeline: the website serves as the product catalog and trust layer, Instagram drives visual discovery, and WhatsApp handles conversational commerce and order management.

It runs a custom-built AI pipeline: RSS ingestion → keyword extraction → AI-assisted rewriting with human editorial oversight → automated publishing with SEO-optimized formatting, schema markup, and social distribution. The entire system runs autonomously with minimal human intervention.
